We take great care in inspecting each item before it's shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. In the rare case that you receive a defective or broken item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect. However, please be aware that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Thank you for your understanding.
We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order. For further updates, after your order has been shipped, please contact USPS/UPS/FedEx directly.
