Shampoo Directions: Rub between hands to create a lather or directly onto the hair. Massage into the hair and scalp then rinse clean.
Conditioning Directions: Just like liquid conditioners, conditioner bars should be applied to clean, wet hair. That way, your scalp, and hair will absorb the maximum amount of hair-strengthening nutrients. Rub the bar between your hands or apply it directly onto your hair and massage.  Allow the conditioner to sit for 2-3 minutes then rinse. 
 
Keep your bar lasting longer: Store the shampoo/conditioner bars somewhere dry and draining between uses.
 
Shampoo Bar Ingredients: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, BTMS 50, Organic Shea, Coffee,  Hemp Seed & Mango Butters, Organic Coconut & Hemp Seed Oil, DL Panthenol 100, Kaolin Clay, Coconut Milk Powder, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Natural Fragrance, Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Nettle Leaf Extract, Vitamin E and Mica Colorant.
