For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. We recommend stocking up during the winter months. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery. (Place In Freezer For 5 Minutes To Re-solidify If Melted and Whip it Back Up). It won't be as pretty but it will work the same.
